All levels welcomed! This class will focus on footwork placement, endurance and thresholds. This class is designed to coordinate footwork with palmas at the same time. This helps with musicality, focus and engages the “whole” body’s presence. Students can take the class live at the studio or by zoom from home/office via or receive a recording of the class to study independently.
